Our Chargehand role is key leadership position responsible for a variety of duties in a service-oriented environment with our Red Chris team. Due to growth in the mining industry Finning is looking at hiring two Chargehand mechanics to help support hydraulic mining shovels and drills. These individuals will have strong technical skills, experience with heavy mining equipment, willing to invest in helping grow a strong team, and lead the way with Finning in supporting the mining industry. Your ability to organize and manage complex projects, lead diverse teams to execute on tight timelines, work under difficult conditions and troubleshoot problems will be the keys to success in this role.
