Required documents for MNP

To apply as a corporation, businesses are required to provide.

their shareholder register, articles or bylaws, unanimous shareholders agreement (if applicable),
most recent T2 income tax return,
and an accountant-prepared financial statement for the most recent financial year.

For partnerships, limited partnerships, or joint ventures, businesses are required to provide.

partnership agreement,
shareholder register (if applicable),
and an accountant-prepared financial statement for the most recent financial year.
