Required documents for MNP

To apply as a corporation, businesses are required to provide.

• their shareholder register, articles or bylaws, unanimous shareholders agreement (if applicable), 
• most recent T2 income tax return, 
• and an accountant-prepared financial statement for the most recent financial year. 

For partnerships, limited partnerships, or joint ventures, businesses are required to provide.

• partnership agreement, 
• shareholder register (if applicable), 
• and an accountant-prepared financial statement for the most recent financial year.
