The Training and Standards Officer reports directly to the Director of Flight Operations and indirectly to the Chief Pilot and Flight Attendant Manager. Under the Chief Pilot and Flight Attendant Manager's delegation and discretion, the Training and Standards Officer is responsible for ensuring Central Mountain Air's flight crew and flight crew training programs adhere to all training regulations and standards.
