Purpose of the Role

The Red Chris Tailings Impoundment Area (TIA) is looking for a Scheduler and Controller responsible for project schedules, construction and contract progress monitoring, cost control and change management. He/she will lead the development of contract controls procedures, tools, templates, and best practices to support the execution of construction projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with strong commercial management and project controls skills to support the TIA construction team while interfacing with other Red Chris project and Finance Teams.

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, and working in a high paced and dynamic team environment, you will be supporting the project managers and Construction Teams to ensure that all work is carried out in a safe, structured, agreed, and timely manner. Enable value and develop the leadership and technical competencies of the work teams, driving safety behaviours and attitudes.

We are seeking an individual for a Fly In, Fly Out opportunity working on a two weeks in, two weeks out rotation.
