Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 Month Contract)

Reporting directly to VP, People and Culture, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent to meet the dynamic workforce needs of the Skeena. This role will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring that hiring processes are aligned with the company's strategic goals and values. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-volume recruiting for multi-disciplinary roles, including both site-based and office-based roles.
