Superintendent – Geotechnical – Block Cave Project (985995)

Our Red Chris operation is now recruiting for the position of Superintendent-Geotechnical with a competitive base salary between $170,000 to $195,500 dependant on experience, skills, and qualifications. with an additional short term incentive of 20%. The offered base salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills and competencies with consideration to internal equity. 

We are seeking an individual for a Fly In, Fly Out opportunity working on a two weeks in, two weeks out rotation.  

Purpose:

The core purpose of this role is to deliver site-based geotechnical support to the Block Cave Project in the areas of ground control, rock mass classification/characterization, data collection, QA/QC, site investigation programs, and geotechnical process development. With the active development approaching the footprint, this is an opportunity to be a pivotal part of bringing a new block cave through cave establishment and into production.  A rare opportunity for the right candidate.
