Role Purpose
Enable safe, efficient and cost-effective operational control of the Business Improvement and Cost Discipline section in accordance with company objectives, business improvement expectations and cost goals. Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the Business Analysts and Cost Analysts, ensuring their scopes, responsibilities, training and capabilities are aligned to the work plans. Responsible for enabling, creating and sustaining value and facilitating the development and delivery of top down and bottom-up business improvement and cost reduction initiatives through co-operation, collaboration, analysis and continuous improvement to maximise business value; ensuring site and departmental initiatives are translated into realisable business goals that are effectively performance managed.
