Purpose of the Role:  

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist of Procurement to join our Red Chris Mine in Northwest British Columbia with a competitive base salary between $94,350.00 – $111,000.00 dependant on experience, skills, and qualifications. 

Provide safe, efficient, and cost-effective administering of full contracting lifecycles in accordance with legal requirements and company objectives. Develop and recommend contract strategies (including the identification of compensation and market approach models) with the objective of safety improvement, operation continuity, cost reduction and compliance, planning and executing Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, evaluating proposals, providing Recommendations to Award (RTA), creating conforming contracts for execution, administering (including assessment of payment and commercial claims), and closing contracts.

We are seeking an individual for a remote opportunity, working Monday through Friday, with occasional travel to the Vancouver office or Red Chris site as necessary.
