Position Summary

As Shop Foreman, you will play a key role in  supervising shop employees to ensure TNDC’s equipment and light vehicles are maintained and repaired in a safe, effective and efficient manner. You will oversee daily operations, guide employees, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will be instrumental in keeping our fleet running smoothly and ensuring projects stay on track.
