Senior Lead, Project Controls & Planning

The Senior Lead, Project Controls & Planning, reporting to the Project Controls Manager, is responsible for the implementation and consistent application of Project Management best practices, with an emphasis on planning and scheduling, engineering progress and productivity, change management, project reporting, and risk management.  The Senior Lead, Project Controls & Planning will work in close collaboration with the GCMC Project Management, Technical Services, Engineering, Geoscience, Field Program, and Social, Environmental, and Regulatory affairs (SERA) disciplines in order to achieve annual and project investment stage governance objectives.

The Senior Lead, Project Controls & Planning will contribute as an integral member of the GCMC Project Team in the overall planning, monitoring, and reporting of strategic action plans for project development operations.

This position is based out of the Galore Creek Mining Corporation head office in Vancouver.
