Finning is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product and Service Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales and marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across our Electric Power and Marine segments, with a strong focus on delivering innovative power solutions to customers in energy and industrial markets.
About the Role
As the Product and Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with Finning’s business objectives. You will lead a high-performing team, mentor future leaders, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions for electric power generation and marine applications.
Your scope will include:
Electric Power: Driving sales of maintenance services including parts solutions for Power and Energy customers. You will work closely with clients to understand operational challenges and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that enhance reliability and efficiency.
Marine: Leading marine operators with service planning and lifecycle support. You will help customers optimize vessel performance and reduce downtime through proactive product and service strategies.
You will also be instrumental in expanding Finning’s market presence, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across Western Canada.
