Pricing Coordinator – Abbotsford BC

Job Summary

Bandstra is currently seeking a full-time Pricing Coordinator in Abbotsford, BC. that can start immediately. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Pricing. The position provides daily challenges and learning opportunities in a variety of areas such as customer service, quoting, auditing, and rates. Comparing rates and matching the correct packages for our customer are part of the role. You will be working closely with energetic and well-versed customer service, sales and pricing teams. You will be providing spot quotes to customers, assembling rates, developing analysis and creating reports. Assistance in planning, developing and evaluating pricing strategies will be part of the expectation.

Skills and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree are valuable
  • Experience in transportation, operations and/or administration

· Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Windows products including Excel, Word & Teams is required. TruckMate experience will be considered an asset.

· Communicate customer requirements into quotes, rates, spread sheets, reports

· Perform analysis reports related to customer account reviews and trends

· Accurate with numbers and formulas

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Out of the box thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written communication with strong presentation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
