The Manager in Training program is a 9-month commitment that offers hands-on, quality, in-depth management training and on the job experience. Trainees will walk away with a full toolbox of skills through distance, self-directed, and in-person training. Trainees learn core business skills like health and safety, finance, social responsibility, managing client relationships and HR so they can become knowledgeable managers. We also provide trainees with a strong web of support that includes a program coordinator, training site manager, and a site team they can lean on as they complete the program's training courses. Salary Range is $60,000 to $65,000.
