POSITION SUMMARY

As the Operations Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of our construction and operational activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will take ownership of cost control, profitability analysis, and accurate billing practices—ensuring projects run smoothly and decisions are backed by strong financial insight.

In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, estimators, project controls, and senior leadership, giving you the opportunity to influence major projects and help strengthen processes that improve margins and operational efficiency.
