Purpose of the Role:  

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a JOB TITLE to join our Red Chris Mine in Northwest British Columbia with a competitive base salary between $109,650.00 – $129,000.00 dependant on experience, skills, and qualifications. 

The Mobile Maintenance Technical Trainer is responsible for the safe and efficient development, maintenance and implementation of the training systems and processes in the Mobile Maintenance area.

This role is primarily focused around the technical skills and competencies of ALL employees in the Mobile Maintenance department. This position is required for the development of all personnel working in the Mobile Maintenance department.

There is also a requirement to provide support to the Maintenance teams as a whole assisting where needed with onboarding and department specific training for safety and operation of tooling.

The Mobile Maintenance Technical Trainer is required to also provide leadership in their department and provide support to the Maintenance Leadership teams.

We are seeking an individual for a Fly In, Fly Out opportunity working on a two weeks in, two weeks out rotation.
