The Mining Support Representative plays a crucial role in executing the product support business for our mining customers. In this position, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with both external customer contacts and internal support teams to ensure that Finning delivers unparalleled product support solutions. Your efforts will focus on maximizing customer fleet productivity and uptime through innovative solutions. Additionally, you will work to increase Finning’s parts and service market share by developing profitable, long-term product support solutions in collaboration with internal support teams and Caterpillar.

The total annual compensation target for this role is $125,000 – $135,000+ in addition to a regional wage allowance.
