Our Red Chris operation is now recruiting for the position of Mill Operations Labourer with a competitive hourly rate of $33.17. The offered base salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills and competencies with consideration to internal equity. 

We are seeking an individual for a Fly In, Fly Out opportunity working on a two weeks in, two weeks out rotation.  

 

Purpose of the Role

Under the direction of the Processing Supervisor, the Operations Labourer will be accountable for aiding and assisting in the proper housekeeping activities within the mill operations team. Also assisting with performing operational safety inspections on all applicable equipment for the Red Chris Mine site, as well as entry level operational tasks. General clean up and labourer duties will also be included within this role. The incumbent will work with the mill operations team to achieve the overall operations strategy for site.
