POSITION SUMMARY

 

Step into a leadership role as our Mechanical Leadhand, where you’ll oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair activities while supporting a skilled mechanical team. You’ll provide hands-on guidance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Acting as the first point of contact on the shop floor, you’ll mentor team members, coordinate tasks, and work closely with the Supervisor or Maintenance Manager to plan and execute mechanical work.
