The Manager in Training program is a 9-month commitment that offers hands-on, quality, in-depth management training and on the job experience. Trainees will walk away with a full toolbox of skills through distance, self-directed, and in-person training. Trainees learn core business skills like health and safety, finance, social responsibility, managing client relationships and HR so they can become knowledgeable managers. We also provide trainees with a strong web of support that includes a program coordinator, training site manager, and a site team they can lean on as they complete the program's trainin courses.

Who is this program suitable for?

The MIT program is suitable for any candidate with a GDE/Grade 12, a Class 5 Driver's License, and a willingness to learn and grow with Compass Group Canada
