Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Server, Lodge Housekeeper to join our team in the food industry. As a Cook/Server/Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and service. If you have a passion for food, hospitality, and customer service, we would love to hear from you. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
– Ensure all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner
– Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
– Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
– Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer needs promptly
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
– Uphold company policies and procedures regarding food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
– Cleaning lodge rooms, bathrooms, shower house, laundry
– Other duties as required as we are a team environment in a remote location
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar role in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required
– Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is preferred but not required
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
– Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
– Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
