Salary:  Between $ 75,000 to 85,000 per year based on experience

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team!   as an integral member of our Human Resources team, you will have the opportunity to be part of various HR functions such as recruitment, compensation and performance management, employee engagement, health and safety, and training and development.  Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, this role plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR initiatives while fostering a positive work environment and supporting the growth and development of our workforce. In addition to remaining current with applicable provincial and federal regulations, the successful candidate will update and enforce all company policies and procedures.

This role operates in an environment requiring a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy, as it provides significant support to the planning and delivery of human resources activities.  This role will develop, deliver and maintain systems to support and enhance the complete employee lifecycle.
