POSITION SUMMARY

 

TNDC is seeking experienced Heavy Duty Mechanics to join our dynamic team in Dease Lake in northern British Columbia. This is a position with a rotation schedule of 14 days on / 14 days off, working 12 hours per day.

 

As part of TNDC’s Mechanical Division, the Heavy Duty Mechanic is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and major repairs on a range of equipment, including mobile (heavy and light duty), auxiliary, and stationary equipment. This role will support Airport Services equipment and field-based machanical needs within the Tahltan Territory.

 

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, adaptable to remote work environments, and experienced in maintaining a variety of heavy equipment in mining or construction settings.
