Our Red Chris operation is now recruiting for a Haul Truck Driver with a competitive hourly rate of $40.98. We are seeking an individual for a Fly In, Fly Out opportunity working on a two weeks in, two weeks out rotation.

Purpose of the Role

To safely and efficiently operate, a rigid frame haul truck in an open pit mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Operation of haul trucks (Cat 777, 785 and 793) in an open pit mine, on 12-hour shifts, rotating between day and night shifts
• Follow established traffic patterns avoiding road hazards
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift safety inspections and complete daily equipment reports
• Report all unsafe mechanical conditions
• Maintain good housekeeping practices on equipment
• Assist in general mine labour and other duties as required
