Who we’re looking for?

We are seeking an experienced General Trainer for a Fly In, Fly Out opportunity working on a two weeks in, two weeks out rotation.

The General Trainer develops, delivers, and maintains the Site Training Systems (e.g., Site Orientations) and processes in relation to Competency based training, Mobile Equipment training as well as specific Safety Training for all personnel. A specific focus will be implementation of NewSafe.

This role also provides leadership and mentoring to Environmental, Site Maintenance, Exploration, TIA and the Health and Safety teams.
