Flight Ops Personnel

Matrix is seeking experienced Flight Operations Personnel to ensure safe and efficient use of all helicopter and fixed-wing operations time at our client’s camp facilities. The Flight Operations Personnel schedules the movements of all crews and supplies to and from the project site, while providing flight overwatch. To ensure the safety of all crews, the Flight Operations Personnel will maintain regular check-in times and will provide the central coordinating role for general operations and in the case of an emergency. This position will assist in External Load Operations, in a “Load Master” style capacity – if required.

Flight Ops Personnel are housed at the project camp site and reports to MATRIX Helicopters General Manager, who provides general direction and support.
