Job Requirements:

Matrix Helicopter Solutions Inc. seek experienced Flight Operations Personnel to ensure safe and efficient helicopter and fixed wing operations to support the needs of our client’s project. The Flight Operations Personnel schedules the movements of all field crews and required resupply to and from the project site.

To ensure the safety of all crews, the Flight Operations Personnel will provide consistent flight overwatch, while maintaining regular communication with air crew and field crews. This role asks as central coordinating for general day-to-day operations utilizing helicopter support, as well as support in the case of an emergency.

Flight Ops Personnel are housed at the project camp site and report to MATRIX Helicopters

Operations Manager, who provides general directions and support.
