Nature and Scope of Position

The Fleet Maintenance Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our fleet maintenance programs, serving as the central link between maintenance teams across all locations. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, this position works closely with regional maintenance supervisors and dispatch teams to ensure our maintenance standards are met with consistency and excellence.

Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing our inventory and tire programs, as well as driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices. This role is critical to the ongoing development and evolution of our fleet maintenance strategy, ensuring our operations team can deliver the high-quality service our customers expect from Bandstra Transportation.
