This role involves cultivating strong professional relationships with businesses within the Tahltan Territory to collect job postings and understand their employment requirements. The Employment Coordinator will also play a pivotal role in guiding Tahltan members towards job opportunities and assisting them in advancing to supervisory roles, providing support throughout the application process.
