The Director of Product Support Product Management will support Finning’s product support transformation by combining industry-leading go-to-market strategy and execution within a subset of the Aftermarket product management portfolio. The role will lead the development and deployment of a holistic go-to-market strategy of a specific portfolio across all industries (Mining, E&T, and Construction Industries). Additionally, the role will have accountability for repair optionality for our customers and enable visibility to how our products can lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) across all industries, This role will be the key contact working with senior leaders across Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Pricing and Marketing to ensure our products and services are both commercially and operationally viable to both sustain and grow market share.

The role will have accountability to ensure Finning works closely with its customer base to provide product support services that enable top-line revenue growth, increased market share and meet profitability targets. This position will provide leadership to other Product Managers as well as be the key liaison for their products with Caterpillar.

The total annual compensation for this position is $120,000-$155,000
