Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Training Superintendent, they will be a key member of the Mill team, with direct oversite of the training, development and maintenance of the Mill and other ancillary department’s training programs. This position will also be directly responsible for the development and management of the Mill Training Department, consisting of two Mill Operations Training Supervisors and the Fixed Plant Trainer.

We are seeking an individual for a Fly In, Fly Out opportunity working on a two weeks in, two weeks out rotation.
