Reporting to the Compensation Manager in Canada, the Compensation Analyst helps supports, maintains, and communicates a compensation system that is internally equitable, externally competitive, and in line with Finning's compensation philosophy. The Compensation Analyst helps to build the bridge between Finning's compensation strategy, functional programs, policies and guidelines.
For this position, the expected salary range is between $75,000 – $90,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications.
