The Opportunity:  Barminco Mining Services Canada Ltd. has new, exciting opportunity for a certified Millwright/Welder at the Red Chris Mine in northern British Columbia.  Working a FIFO rotation of 14-shifts on and 14-shifts off.

Reporting to the Maintenance Foreman or designate, the Millwright/Welder is responsible for maintaining, installing, assembling/disassembling, repairing, fabricating and troubleshooting mechanical equipment, including stationary industrial machinery in a safe and efficient manner to avoid injury to themselves or others, or damage to the equipment, other property or to the environment. Using technical and practical knowledge, this position will follow instructions, utilize shop and assembly manuals, and adhere to the health and safety standards.
