In this role as a Camp Administrator at MATRIX Camps and Logistics, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions for one of our camps located North of Terrace BC, helping to ensure smooth operations and providing excellent customer service to our camp guests and other clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate camp logistics including transportation, accommodations, and catering services.
- Greet and check in, camp guests.
- Ensure guests are checked out, and initiate billing timely and accurately.
- Manage camp administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Monitor camp inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
- Assist with timesheet submissions and employee scheduling and travel.
- Conduct daily quality assurance inspections, of cleanliness, food quality and guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the management team on camp planning and budgeting.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to camp staff and clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in camp administration or a similar role is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of camp operations and logistics is an asset
