The purpose of this role is to assist in providing leadership through development and delivery of the Security strategy for the Red Chris operation in order to ensure appropriate operational security controls are in place.  Assist the Asset Protection Lead in the implementation of asset protection standards, in order to safeguard the integrity of company personnel, property and assets and reputation within the laws of Canada.  This shall be delivered in alignment with Newcrest Standards, International Codes of Conduct for security practices and with due regard for the Voluntary Principles of Security and Human Rights
