TNDC is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Sr. Construction Superintendent at one or more of our job sites in northern British Columbia. The Sr. Construction Superintendent may work out of TNDC and/or Client Offices before being reassigned to a remote camp setting. Shift rotation is dependent on the project needs, working 12 hours per day.  The successful candidate will be a key player in a highly progressive and motivated team.

 

The incumbent is responsible for all project activities including the supervision of self-performed and subcontracted construction work. Ensuring field supervision and specialists are properly assigned, safe and productive, incumbent oversees and mentors field supervision and all other field personnel within their sector/region/area of responsibility.
