Reporting to the Director of Technical Services the Senior Lead, Geotechnical Engineering will provide leadership and accountability for defining sustainable, practical, and economically sound geotechnical, geohazard, avalanche, mine rock management, and dewatering strategies for the development of the Galore Creek Project. This will require the successful candidate to work across disciplines and technical study groups and collaborate closely with the Social, Environment and Regulatory Approval (SERA) team to ensure the geotechnical and mine rock management approaches are considered and incorporated into ongoing environmental baseline, community engagement, mine development, and overall infrastructure studies.
The full-time salaried position with benefits and bonus incentives is based out of the Galore Creek Vancouver Office, with travel to the Project site as required.
