ERM is seeking a Consultant, Geo-Data Scientist to join our Orebody Intelligence team in one of our office locations in Canada (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto) and help solve our mining clients’ orebody knowledge and geometallurgy challenges. We are looking for a safety-conscious independent problem solver with excellent critical thinking and communication skills. The successful candidate will have expertise in hard-rock geochemistry and data science applied in the context of geometallurgy and orebody knowledge, an important component of the ore and waste characterization work done by ERM’s Technical Mining Services and Environmental Geochemistry teams. This is a full-time position, and an excellent opportunity for a consultant in the earlier stages of their career with a postgraduate degree in Geochemistry (or related) and 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
