Reporting to the Products & Service Sales Manager, the Aftermarket Support Specialist is an integral part of the Finning Aftermarket team, responsible for driving growth in market share for Caterpillar in Construction Industries. This role requires a challenging collection of skills, making the ideal candidate for this position an interdisciplinary blend of customer communication, sales and business development and to lead by influence skills. You are accountable for the commercial success and market share growth for Caterpillar parts.

This is a specialty Products and Services sales and support role responsible for the introduction and sales of new specialized services and parts to existing accounts. Primary responsibility is to grow specific commodity sales within a given territory. It is a secondary position on any account to the Product Support Sales Representative.

The salary for this position is competitive and will be determined based on your experience, ranging from $80,000 to $95,000.
